Careers
We are growing our team and currently recruiting for two roles supporting schools using Attend.
Our work combines education, technology and partnership. We are looking for personable, capable people who want to help schools strengthen attendance practice and make better use of data, communication and structured intervention.
Attend Account Manager
The Account Manager owns the ongoing relationship with a group of schools using Attend.
You will guide schools through their Attend journey, ensuring they are prepared for workshops, completing agreed actions and making progress between sessions. You will maintain regular contact, understand each school's priorities and bring in specialist colleagues where further support or facilitation is required.
This role may suit someone with experience in account management, customer success, education, school operations or supporting professional clients.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Personable, friendly, and confident building professional relationships
- Comfortable managing a varied portfolio of schools
- Confident using technology, data and online systems
- Able to identify concerns early and involve the right colleagues
- Interested in helping schools achieve sustained improvement
- Able to lead others and manage own workload effectively
- Highly organised, proactive and dependable
Attend Facilitation & Improvement Specialist
The Attend Facilitation & Improvement Specialist delivers structured online workshops that help schools implement Attend and strengthen their attendance practice.
This is more than demonstrating software. You will help schools understand their current position, identify priorities, configure Attend around their processes and agree realistic next steps. Strong sessions build confidence, improve consistency and help schools translate attendance insight into timely action.
The role requires confident facilitation, sound judgement and the ability to adapt to different school contexts. Our specialists focus on impact rather than simply covering content, helping schools move through onboarding, embedded practice and continued success
